I Need Your Help to Help Me Fight Arthritis

Hi, I am sure all of you know me, as I have been working with you for many years, as I have been with Acme Brick for almost 23 years and I am now asking for you to please help me.
I am taking on a personal challenge to make a difference in our community by participating in the Arthritis Foundation's Arthritis Walk. People from all walks of life will join together to help improve the lives of 46 million Americans who have been doctor-diagnosed with arthritis, which I am one of. The Arthritis Walk will be led by inspirational men, women and children with arthritis. We hope that you will support our efforts.

You say you want to help? Well, here's your chance. Help the Arthritis Foundation by taking the necessary steps toward finding new ways to prevent, control, and even cure the more than 100 forms of arthritis and related diseases. The first step towards helping find a cure for Arthritis and also show your support for me and others who are suffering from this terrible disease is simply by helping me reach or even exceed my goal for this walk.
